don't buy a super zoom if your looking at getting somewhat serious. Check out the Tamron 16-50 2.8 or the Canon 17-55 2.8 for your wide to mid range and the Sigma 50-150 2.8 & 70-200 2.8 OR one of the Canon 70-200's for your longer end.
