One of my favorite breweries is now making soda.

can anyone suggest a good 'entry' ginger beer? Maybe thats a stupid question, but I've heard that different varieties/brands vary slightly in taste/'spiciness'. The only kind I've ever had was Goya and the shit about knocked me over. Is that what I ought to expect ? I have friends who rave about Ginger Beer and Cola Champagne, I'd like to find an appreciation also.

First throwback Pepsi and Mountain Dew bottling from a couple years ago was very good, and I liked both. The more recent bottling with the 80s Pepsi and white Mountain Dew labeling isn't as good. The Pepsi tastes like I expect Pepsi to (dirt) and the Mountain Dew has a little bit of an after taste. Tried Mexican Coke back in fall for the first time. Was disappointed because it tasted like Pepsi (dirt).

Heritage Dr. Pepper is my favorite mainstream soda. Served the colder the better.

I had my first coke from the UK today. Lucky enough for me I found a proxy for the Selfridges x Coca-Cola 1886 commemorative bottle (Thanks again Paul T).

In addition to being made with Sugar, it has 'vegetable extracts' in it. I am assuming these are different than HFCS because the listed sweetener is Sugar.

It is probably the best coke I have had. It has the same smoothness of the Kosher Coke, but something a little bit extra maybe the fact it was in glass.

Also, I am really excited. This weekend we will be going home to Oklahoma. There is a great soda 'ranch' along route 66 I am going to be hitting up. I think at any given time they have 30+ root beers, sarsaparillas cold. Not to mention the colas, cherry soda's, etc. I guess its the Galco of the OKC area.

Stopped along Route 66 in Arcadia,OK at 'pops' soda ranch. At any given time they've got 300 varieties cold and about 100-150 warm.

That fat dude walked past every single soda on that wall and bought a can of mountain dew, wtf?

They have this cool sort of soda-mosiac thing going on. It is really beautiful when the sun catches it just right.

^ i've seen the manhattan special at a deli i frequent

is it any good?

i really like it

wonderful rich coffee flavor.. i don't drink coffee that much but i love the taste

it's a really mellow (smooth and creamy ) taste from the sugar and subtle carbonation

Honestly it's my favorite soda outside of the usual stuff. It's really amazing stuff, perfect coffee to sweetness ratio.
