My favorite living poet is Dean Young.

i can not bring myself to like any poetry

i always think of it as some asshole trying to be all deep and intellectual by using unconventional language and patterns forms and shit

Richard Brautigan, definitely.

Any free verse or prose poetry can be nice, although the absence of form can precipitate the kind of bullshit fffffut mentioned.

Not a huge poetry fan and after being forced to write a 20 page or so report on Dylan Thomas i am sour.

Like John Keats a lot though. since most ancient literature was in a poetic form can I say I enjoy someone like Homer? Like his stuff more than Keats.
