Best I can tell, it's the same standard blue used for most oxfords. Looks to be the same.

/\ depends on where youre located but n.cal is generally pretty warm in the upcoming months.

it has 3 layer construction so if you're exerting yourself it'd probably be too intense for 60+ degrees.... if you want a windbreaker, just get a windbreaker - a random north face gtex windstopper jacket should be fine for what you're talking about.

yeah it's weird, the sizing really doesn't look that big, especially with regard to the sleeve length, which is standard Supreme sizing (and what i always pay most attention to for longsleeved items)

sizing info is notoriously difficult to convey - i'm guessing the a-ron photo shoot was sized down, so if you like that look then size down.

you're right, the sizing doesnt seem particularly large, but at 24'' chest, thats a BIG motherfuckin jacket...the length and arm sleeves look long enough to size down comfortably
