From what I've seen of the 2007 cut, the denim shrinks a lot (esp. the inseam) although the pairs I've seen weren't N0.0 denim.

It was similar to 2001, if my memory serves me rightly. I did have a fit pic somewhere, but can't seem to find it right now. None of the ones I've seen had an inseam longer than 33 though.

I spoke too soon, just found the pics. These were in a really greencast denim, different from the ones you're looking at. The inseam on these was 32.5, too short for me:

The denim was the slubbiest I've seen from Evisu. I know that they're considering bringing out this design on the Heritage line.

I also found these, of some early Italian-constructed Evisu from the 90s:

They had to eventually change the gull design because of similarities to another company's arcs...Lovely denim but too washed out for my liking.

Erm, 12 pairs at the moment

Only four pairs get any kind of wear though and two pairs are now there to be cannibalised for any repairs etc, e.g. the crotch reinforcement on Lot 2000. And only two pairs were bought at original retail price; this is where eBay can be your friend, if you know what you're looking for.

For the crotch reinforcement on the 2000s, D85 denim was used from a pair that I found in a charity shop in Manchester for £3.50.

The greencast Mizuhiki jeans (Lot 0005) took their inspiration from the Yamane jeans. They both also have a 12" front rise:

The jeans are tagged 30 but are actually 32, although the high rise means that I could do with stretching them out a bit when I start wearing them:

It's a snug, solid fit. The denim itself looked similar to Japanese No.2 at first, quite green when under a light. But when in sunlight more of the indigo hues come through and it looks closer to No.1. Sweet as fuck...

Having only been worn twice, there is no fading apart from a few faint lines from being folded when stored.

The jeans have the same features as the ones on Kwan's project, apart from different selvage:
