also i only soak my jeans, i don't put them in the washing machine thats why im getting no colour change?

I know your question was for Cheep,but if I remember correctly they were d660 with pink line selvage. Not sure what the cut was though!

I believe it's the agitation in the water that causes indigo loss, so the machine would be your best bet for what you're after. But I washed my Lot 2000 in the bath, whilst wearing them, and lost a fair amount of indigo then.

Remember, the harder you've worn them the looser the indigo becomes in the crotch/combs/thighs etc. If wear's minimal then you'll see little difference after a wash, only a more general fading of the jean.

I spoke with Matt at Evisu last week and he was saying that d85 is one of the hardest denim to show wear! I told him that I been rocking my Red Box hard for 3 month's with minimal signs of wear.

Also I thought all d67 was tiger selvage! I have 2 jeans that are d67 and they are both tiger selvage!

nope... if the diacock jeans you sent me are d85, the d330 is not even close. d330 is a very redcast denim... almost purple raw, and much more irregular. should fade with more character than the d85.

Yeah, I've heard it called 'snake selvage', although for the Dokuro jeans they released with a snake crawling through an embroidered skull they used tiger selvage for whatever reason.

I think a lot of the recent D67 jeans had the green selvage.
