I have thees size 29", worn 5 times, as new, for sale if someone interested. They run a little bit bigger, so fit a 30"-31" waist.

just a quickie question. I saw the Lot #001s in Evisu London the other day (the one in Savile Row), and I'm tempted to get a pair. Anyone know if I should size up or size down? I sized up 2" on my Levis 1947 501XX and they fit tight (big thighs from the gym), if that's any reference.

ummm.. try them on.

Were they these ones from earlier in the thread?

You'd need to size up two, or even 3. I still reckon they'd look like clown's pants though, even after shrinkage...

well, wouldn't be such a great idea if they fit and then shrink after they go through a wash :(

Nope, those just look silly. Those are #0004 IINM. #0001; They look something like this I believe http://blueingreensoho.com/site/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=4576&category_id=&manufacturer_id=46&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=28

If they are unsanforized (No.1 Special) then it is recommended to size up by 2 or 3.

A bit earlier in this thread, I got a 33, and the fit around my waist is neither snug, or too loose. It's just about right erring on the side of loose. The fit of the legs could be a bit slimmer, even though I have fairly big thighs.

So when I get around to washing mine I intend to wear them, so they wont' shrink too much - or at least keep the waist stretched.

Oh the joys of raw...

You mean the No.2 Lot 0001...plain pocket straight leg, no? If so, they're sanforised so you can go true to size or even size down one or two, as they'll stretch...

They got them in two types of denim there too...best bet would have been to try them on instore.
