If so can you give me some ideas of what to expect in shrinkage and easy of wear? And since the site wont tell me if they are self edged or not that as well?

Not at all, if you're comparing like-for-like cut. No.1 is unsanforised, so will end up slimmer than the same cut in No.2 denim...

Some plain pocket 2001s just went for a steal on there, think they were from the same batch as the ones you picked up a while ago...

about a year of fairly light wear like 2-3 times a week. i've also been trying to wash them like every 3-4 weeks. im still going to wear them for a while, im trying to get like a 'vintage' looking fade hence the frequent washes.

oh yeah the patch is jerky cause i didnt have a dryer when i was living in seoul, so i put them in boiling water, which did shrink them but also ate up the patch
