looks more scimitar-influenced than bowie. there's always one or two on the sale threads if you look hard enough. usually ~140

i wanted one, but it reminded me too much of the original manix, which was too bulky for me. it was built like a fucking tank though. the tip is a little high for edc imo. blades like the wharncliffe are better for edc if you open packaged a lot, because the tip is just there.

er... what i'm trying to say is that the angle of the tip is better and a more relaxed grasp for tasks like opening a box or chest.
