I forgot how tall you were...they look even better now! It must be a bitch finding jeans.

It can be annoying, but some of the best brands have long inseams. So...more reason not to settle on a crappy pair.

It's definitely a lot better than it was in high school. I just got used to sagging everything to make up for it.

Thank you everybody for the rep and the kind words...I made the purchase directly based on consulting superfuture.

Nudies Average Joe Dry Heavy size 28

actual waist size: 28

Condition: approx 2.5 weeks, 5-6/7 days a week. No soak/no wash.

Height: 5'-3"-5'4"

weight: 128lbs.

the belt is just there because I thought it could prevent some bleeding on my white t's, which it helped a little, it doesn't hold up the jeans or anything. Okinawa's coming in this week thanks to masataka! I am looking for another purchase that is a little slimmer than the average joes, probably Flatheads 3001/310

Pure Blue Japan XX-005 Size 34

Pre-soak (inches):

Waist - 36.5

Front rise - 10.75

Back rise - 14.75

Thigh - 13.25

Knee - 9.25

Hem - 9.25

Inseam - 37

Post soak:

Waist - 34

Front rise - 10

Back rise - 14

Thigh - 12.5

Knee - 9

Hem - 9

Inseam - 36.5 (I stretched them out while wet to get 36.5)

Sorry for the poor photos but the color is actually pretty accurate...

EDIT: Replaced original photos with fitter, happier, more productive photos...(more natural lighting)

These pictures are 1 day after the first soak. After a month or so I gave them an additional hot soak and they shrunk a bit more. Now they fit really well...

^ what was actual waist for you?

the PBJs look good, i might have to pick one up as well

My actual waist is 34" so I went true to size. I was looking for a regular fit (not too baggy, not too slim) that was cut straight from the knee to the hem. I really like the jeans. And the 2nd soak actually helped a lot. They fit very well now. I'll post more fit pics in the Evolution thread when the fading gets a little better...

My brand new Pure Blue Japan xx007 in size 32.

Theese are post soak pics. the waist was really tight the first days, but now it is much more comfertable. It has and still is streching out .

They are really stiff and rigid. Only pair i have gotten to stand by themself (my xx005 didnt)...not that that is so important.

The color is a beautiful deep blue. The denim is very slubby and stiff. Stacks nice. Slimmest jeans i have now. I love the fit.
