Quick update for everyone who PMed me about Freewheeler's/Bootlegger's Reunion stuff. The guy had to get the item I wanted direct from Bootlegger's Reunion because he was sold out in my size. He emailed me a few hours ago and said he would have it in a few days at which point I could pay him via PayPal and he would send the item on to me. Pretty cool though that he was willing to special order it for me. Stay tuned.

I just found out that Lofgren carries Freewheelers/Bootleggers Reunion stuff. He is real easy to communicate with and takes paypal. No google translate or nothin.

He is pretty easy to work with and he may be open to special orders as well. I haven't tried, although I may in the future.

I just had a minor stroke when I saw the Horsehide Brakeman Coat. Been dreaming about a coat like that and never knew there actually was one.

You will be able to pick it up next year . It's one of their basic models which they produce every year.

The Yen is making it insanely expensive this year in any case so maybe you are better off. It's currently 107 to the euro ...two years ago it was 150 or so.

Hobaud the Stockyard coat is also a basic model.

That Lofgren shirt design looks nice. I have to check out those guys. From what I have seen of their stuff on sufu they are one of the best value Japanese lines.

I just emailed John at Lofgren and he said he can do special orders on Freewheelers stuff. He said that Bootleggers no longer exists, but they are basically freewheelers now. So anything that is still in stock he can get special ordered.

Me too. It's coming out in January . They are going to do size 40 this year in that one as well as the black one. Last year they only did 38 and 42.

Edit: I think that the Bootleggers and Freewheelers guys are the same. When they were using the Bootleggers name at first they were doing things like jeans with Levi's arcs and tabs ,some of which can still be seen on Ebay Japan from time to time.

Freewheelers/bootleggers stuff is amazing but unfortunately also amazingly expensive.

I'm having a leather jacket from Bootleggers made by Aero Leather. There are a few details they won't be able to recreate but hopefully ill be the proud owner of that same style jacket but for three times cheaper.

I have not decided on the color yet; any suggestions?
