I'm 5'11 and was down to 135ish, probably at like 145 or maybe 150 now.

have been eating kind of shittily the past month or two and I have a knee injury so I haven't been able to run like I have the past couple years. My body being crooked finally caught up to me (and over training probably didn't help). Wouldn't have any issue with putting on some weight, but that 10-15 pounds definitely hasn't been muscle, ha.

Down from like 198 senior year of high school (finishing up university with half a victory lap).

^^ unless you're a chick 135@5'11 is rail thin for a guy, even 150 is tiny. Did you go all anorexic after being 200?

Nah, not unhealthy or anything. I lost the weight over a long period of time and ran a lot and usually eat pretty damn well.

150 is not tiny for 5'11 if you aren't particularly muscular. I imagine I'll put on some muscle over the next few months since the focus of my workouts will shift towards lifting and away from cardio (due to the knee issue).

I'm going to have to side with TTM on this.

someone that's 160 at 5'11" would be skinny.

150 at 5'11" is tiny.

and 135 is frail.

I would know because I went through all those weights at 5'11". I used to weigh a whopping third-world-country-125-pounds.

i'm 6' and 145lbs. am far from tiny. skinny yes, tiny no.

it all comes down to the eye of the beholder to what's skinny and what's not.

in my eyes, 240 is very big for 5'11". 220 is big. 200 is above avg. 180 is normal. 160, slim. 140, skinny/tiny.

in addition, people could look very different at the same weight with different bone structures, and someone at 6' and 145lbs may very well be "far from tiny"

didn't mean to hurt your feelingz guyz. feel better? <3
