okay i'm not so sure about these jeans, but the reworking of garments is something akin to art.

i have a 1991 cdg jacket that is good and wearable.

junya wantanabe knows the history and tradition of levi's as much as any of the repro companies and i think he shows respect in a different way.

if you consider a new colourway on an existing shoe a design collabaration, rather than a marketing exercise, then im sure nike has got it covered for you.

if you care about the construction of garments, and furthering our knowledge of denim and how it fits the human form, then this looks like a good experiment.
