Length is the same as my other chukkas, but just slightly narrower. Both are 10 1/2.

authentic cup's are orright... not quite as nice as i'd hoped.

the plaid inner is a nice touch, dunno how i feel about the contrast sole yet.

active skate & snow has the two models of taka hayashi vans in the online store.

i think they're really ugly - vans are supposed to look clean, in my mind, and these are just OTT with little details. exotic leathers + pony hair + lots of little rivets + beads + embossing + embroidery ... that's not judicious design, that's like some shit you'd pick up at a renaissance faire booth.

the brown ones are ill, a lot of cool design details that work together without being over the top. i saw someone wearing the GR ones from a couple months ago and they looked really nice, these i expect to look even better. i could do with a lower price though
