I always wanted to do that final obstacle course where u have to run up the escalator, climb the rope ladder, swing from that long wire then dive through the bullseye sheet at the end.. shit looked hella fun. I think that was the eliminator. That and Jousting..

Over-elaborate death on Dead Like Me would be fun. Anything classic TMNT/Rocko's Modern Life/Futurama would be good too. Like already mentioned, a dead body in Dexter works best for current shows for me though. Come to think of it, any character in that would suffice.

Nick was actually a pretty cool guy in person..Some people just play a part on tv and end up being a complete bitch in person whereas Nick was real laid back.. Every commercial break he'd do little contests for the audience and you'd win like free passes to wonderland or get free n64 games,etc.. shit was a great experience
