These are juuuuust starting to break, they are about 6 months old, 1 initial soak, first 3 months worn lightly since then pretty much every day. My goal is maximum contrast and I think this is the perfect denim with which to do so, the natural indigo is so dark but the yarn cores are white (unlike the new natural indigo pieces by Samurai). Anyway, this is what I got so far.

I could have asked Gordon to rehem them but that seemed like a shitty thing to do if you aren't getting them altered.

But since you mentioned it, I'm gonna go burn these now. They are ruined.

I wasn't paying much attention and already passed the year mark on my 7161's so I figured I'd give them another wash.

So far 5 washes, all with dark detergent and on 40 degrees celcius.

Not at all planning to retire these yet.

Wrangler Jinz about 11 months owned. Worn 4x a week tops. Surprisingly the arcs have withstood the test of time.

Sams are about 8 months of wear, 3 washes, 2 soaks

FHs about 7 months, 2 washes, 2 soaks

Agreed. I couldn't get away with wearing those but they are some of the best jeans I've seen on here. - a real study in denim.

Made me shed a few tears that I had t sell my edi ais thanks to the credit crunch and sizing them one too small...
