this page is killer. stuvoxx i will rep when i can, out of +rep. cheep, i like what you said. if you buy just about any raw denim and wear it consistently, it will look good. i basically live in lowes and home depot, and i could stand by the door all day and get good evo pics of contractors wal-mart jeans. i see dope shit all the time.

yeah... i build bridges, and i know no one out here has RAWSELVAGEDENIMOMGZ... (tho there is one superintendant who wears heavy twill workshirts with a selvage collar)... but the fades would get mad rep on sufu.

no honey combs tho... i guess those come with not washing.

I think it has to do with fit. I had a pair of slim Levi's years ago that combed up even though I washed 'em every other week or so. I wore the ever living hell out of my jeans back then though, six miles or so a day to school and back plus being a kid.

Doing stuff that involves bending the knees a lot helps too.

Yes and no.

cmf is right.

Fit does determine the combs, but they fall out when jeans are washed more often.

you know that is some serious wear for a rotated pair!;)

+rep.

i was rotating with a pair of tasukis that i sold after 6 moths a pair of okinawas that i sold after about 4 month a pair of jins that i had for about 6 month and now im rotating with some 0500s that im keeping. kinda wish i wore them straight since i have no other pairs to show any fading on.

i like the slow process and since these have gone to cota rica australia new zealand and to lambeau field, they are turning into my traveling jeans and thus have a lot of sentimental good times in them. i like that they are breaking in slowly

Beats- they started as one-wash... they are non selvedge.. very streaky and remarkably durable.

also... im up in warehouse 660's right now... cant bike around in the Ooe Yofukutens anymore... only got a week left and I dont wanna blow it (see what i did there?)
