have been in tokyo for a couple of days so far. place is amazing. so unlike anywhere else ive ever been. feel like im failing a bit at it though. cant seem to get my bearings when i go out. just end up wandering around aimlessly all day (not that its not enjoyable). staying in asakusa but it seems pretty dead after nightfall. need to find some good izakayas to hit up.

not the best spots, but if you just want a place to get everyone together and booze, they should work.

I went to what should have been a terrible party at the second place, but you can bring your own alcohol and my friend brought tons of champagne so it was actually a great time.
