No. I'm using a Samsung Q30 right now. It weighs less than 1kg but it also comes with the disadvantages of an ultraportable. I'll probably keep it when I get my Macbook Pro, because I can just always take it with me without thinking about it.

Just like in photography having a $5000 full frame dslr will not make you a good photographer, having photoshop will not make you good at it. And yeah, finding photoshop is really easy if you want it, no need to clutter this thread with that.

I also wanted to tip my hat to ordo. You're really talented. I wish I could do something more than simple retouch. I just don't have time to learn and master, nor have the equipment (I guess working with a graphical tablet helps).

i would like to say i didnt ask for a copy of photoshop. in fact i did try it out once and although i could see it was very powerful software, not knowing how to use it properly basically meant that all that software was going to waste. not as user friendly to a novice as paintshop, but i would be keen to learn.. especially after seeing some of the things ordo etc can do, is fabulous.
