I like Supreme as i said but those jackets are like.....whatever IMHO, it used to be cooler when then didnt trying and call so much attention to themselves, this allover printed mess is just too trend like....

actually he was making a pretty reasonable statement, if YOU read what you wrote, you were satirizing people obsessing over the brand, and i think it is funny that the first insight people get into who you are is that you want to be identified with the brand, that it characterizes you and is how you should be remembered. otherwise i agree with most of what else you said

wouldn't be surprised if the new north face was inspired by polo's classic riviera jacket to some degree.

but anyway, i think the type of person that would buy the north face would probably be more on the hypebeast end of the spectrum rather than those who are obsessed w/the brand.

Patagonia has a pretty good sale going on right now.

I mean yeah the new patagonia is alright but the best stuff is vintage. Storm jackets, guide jackets, that kinda shit. a lot of the new stuff is too short with corny details.

Alot better looking in person than in the pics. Everything you'd expect with a Northface Summit Series jacket; definetly a solid shell. Was selling pretty quick but doubt it will be gone any time soon.

Basically, IMHO it doesnt say SUPREME big enough for the kids who need a logo in the middle of their chest to feel cool enough to leave the house in the morning.
