The best by far in SJ is elemental if you're talking strictly quality. Purple Elephant was the best till they closed down. ARC is decent as well.

SF best clubs are probably Green Door especially if they have the thin mint girl scout cookies. Sparc and maybe divinity tree.

I went to the smoke shop looking for something new and they all recommended the blackberry brandy flavored papers. I'll definitely stick to raws.

My favorite papers have always been smoking blacks. Next time you have thin papers and zig zags, burn one and see how much thick black ash the zig zag leaves behind compared to raws or the smoking papers. And juicy jays are just a waste of herb.
