uh at berri uqam i got offered coke and crack the other day

there's a guy living in my building, in his 40s, seem mad sketchy. like two months or so after i moved here, he rang at my door and he's like:

"I know you smoke weed, I just arrived here, do you have any contact?"

So i simply told him that i stopped, because he seemed sketchy, because i found it mad weird that he rang at my door and all when i didn't have any clue who he was but he seemed to know me. anyways, time goes by.

i see him once in a while on the floor, lobby, etc.

three days ago i was waiting in the lobby, he comes to me:

"yo, did you started smoking again"

(i was mad high so it took me a few seconds to respond)

"uh, no, no"

"ah ok, 'cause i got hash to sell, just sayin'"

and he went outside..

it pisses me off cause i would have looooooooooooved having such an easy contact, he lives on the same floor. but uhh too weird
