Whatever you want to do - why should it matter whether we think it's fair? I wish you would give us an estimate of the shipping cost - I'm committed to buy, but I'm not willing to pay $40 to ship a few pairs of $4 shoes.

They don't have a 9.5. I believe 10 is the closest size to that you will get.

I'm going to have to remove all international orders from this run so we can expedite it. This is becoming more of a pain in the ass than I thought it would.
