I'll be in on this as well, at first didn't really like the fit, but since these are custom 36", changed my mind. Any idea on when the actual start day of the contest is?

28: fits like a lower rise, slim jean

30: fits like a 501 with a slightly lower rise and no hip flare.

oh... im a true 30 in everything... the 28 are just a bit tight since they are a bit lower than what i normally wear, the 30 are just a bit loose, but not to the point i can pull them down.

Will there be measurements provided? I'm thinking I would need a 28, which is 74cm, but since this is raw denim, is it different?

they are yours... do with them what you like.

well... it costs alot more to import 300 pair than the 50 that was originally anticipated. that, and warehouse has to cut new patterns for longer legs, and is using a higher grade denim.

if you dont want to pay 145 for some amazing jeans, then dont. id like to see you find something comparable to them at that price point in us retail.

I thought both the regular version and the sufu/big version use the 1000XX denim?

yeah... im gonna get measurements for the full size run from gordon. the ones i have now are one washed, and i can get measurements for them... the waists are about 2" bigger than tagged so they can sit lower on you hips insted of on your true waist.

i never said anything about not paying it or finding anything elsewhere.

the same way prices hurt you they hurt others as well.

i'm going to be doing everything i can to get a pair of these, especially after the fit pics.

hey cheep I was just comparing these to the sammy contest jeans.... would it be safe to say the warehouse are slimmer in fit?

about the same in ssize 30, but the waist is a bit looser. in 28 they are slimmer.

im unsure about which ill chose for the contest... both fit great, but different.

and yes, these are one washed models... i think gordon said they could shrink 1/2" in the waist and 1/4 everywhere else.

Ah, awesome, that'll do. I looked on the website for the Dubble Works 660, and it only went down to 28. ~~~ And, after a long decision, I choose patch #1 as well.

i guess it goes without saying, but th denim on these is really beautiful... great texture, color, tight weave... if i get the new contest jeans before the sam contest is over i dont know how much ill wear my sams

Cheep, with the possiblity of half inch shrinking in mind, how much do you think they will stretch out? Im about your size 30/31....

i have no idea... i never size down, wash frequently, and have never had warehouse denim.

id say they will stretch to fit your body in all range of movement...

And my vote went to patch 1... though the basic "W" is pretty cool as well.

pretty sure its before shipping, but we have to wait till the ordering actually starts before we know for sure.

is superfuture going to be changed to sufu or removed from the patch all together?

i dont think "sufu" is trademarked, but if gordon, warehouse, or wayne and chad have a problem with it well take it off.

"superfuture" will not be on it, unless you want to pay more.
