New Lows officially announced a new 12" ep coming out soon on deathwish.  They've been my favorite current band basically since they came out.  Can't wait.

I've never cared for Bannon's artwork.  It all looks the same, some skulls, roses etc with some splatter effect.

 

New Lows has suffered from an unstable lineup for last couple years.  Their original lineup was a powerhouse but since their other guitarist left and their (incredible) drummer moved, their live show has sort of suffered.  Being from the area I've been fortunate to see them a bunch of times in various settings.  Can't wait for this EP.

i thought world asylum was a fucking snoozefest (even though a lot of people liked it), but the rest was great. as was rnr - pretty sure tic's bassist and/or guitarist was in it?
