Me and my friend were talking about East vs West coast and how there is a power shift. He was saying how East Coast dominates the west cause Cavs have swept Lakers who is suppose to be the best team in the league.

West is much better... if the playoff format was 1-16 without conference only 4 Eastern teams would make the playoffs - ATL, CLE, ORL and BOS. 10 teams in the East have less than 25 wins (toronto has 24 to be fair) vs only 4 teams in the west.
