i believe its the model number #2021 its also called the vibram walking evo flex sole. I have it on a pair of patricians and took it to my cobbler hes trying to see if there are any on order.

Saderma Leather on Western, just north of Melrose... They are a shoe repair wholesaler (open to the public), and carry all the Vibram soles. Could probably direct you to a decent cobbler too, if needed.
