My favourite (but oily!) dan dan mian (handmade egg noodles with spicy, minty peanut soup), the ubiquitous xiao long bao (steamed pork dumplings) and beef hor fun (hand-sliced noodles).

The hor fun smelled good and had tender slices of beef but was overly greasy, complained the boyfriend.
