no are you serious... the salmon was just perfect. i find it amusing how wherever you go people always say that salmon has to be sliced very thin in order to be good... i guess that it's just in scandinavia where salmon is enjoyed in thicker slices.

From yesterday:

My GF made this.

Arugula, Bacon, Leek and Feta Quiche (all bought at the farmers market) in a whole wheat crust with a Watercress Salad in a citrus vinaigrette and some Kalamata Ciabatta (also from the farmers market).

Delicious.
