There was a car to my right with his windows open. I didn't make eye contact but I looked over. Then switched swiftly. I was here in Lacey, so the neighborhood doesn't matter. Lacey is neither hood nor redneck, though our highschool has a rep for people getting shot (only because it def has a higher ratio of minorities than any other schools in the area) but that's never happened that I know of.
