What are they protesting? That's a lot of fucking people.

It seems to be an extension of what culminated in a semester long strike (from two years ago) for TA's and grad students when their contracts were not renewed.

Being the single largest real estate owner in NYC, NYU has a sizable endowment but without any transparency as to how these funds are utilized. This doesn't go well with the fact that tons of people, across the board, who work at NYU, are getting shortchanged.

That, and apparently they banned Coca Cola.
