i ordered the 38 today based on someone 5'7" 170lbs getting a 40. if i'm 5 inches taller and 5 pounds lighter, I figured the smaller size was better

If anyone is curious about my post soak/dryer measurements, the chest is about 44.5" and the length about 30". It's slightly larger than the raw medium.

I have a presoaked one in size medium.Chest is about 54cm and length about 71.5cm.

My mechanic and off duty shirts are both size large. I typically wear size 40-41.

I can feel the arm holes riding up my armpits on this cpo as they are cut slim and high. I'm sure I can also fit a large but worried that the sleeves would be too long as they have been for my other MF shirts.

Just got a nice shipment of Troy coats at the shop I work in. They're outstanding, obviously. I'll try to take some pictures once they're out on the floor.
