Medium off-duty cpo chest measures 21.5" when pulled gently to max width. It is a slimmer fit than you might expect from that, though, the shirt tapers in below the arms and then back out as it approaches the waist.

I love the way this is cut- fitted at the shoulders and upper torso, tapering out towards the waist enough to hang properly over the pants waist without looking sloppy.
