I have a brazilian jiu jitsu tournament in 2 weeks in my hometown. Friends and family and lots of townies are coming to watch me for the first time. I know its just a sport but I am absolutely terrified. My worst fear is to get choked out and wake up to people went to high school with laughing at me. Here's a clip of my last match a while back.

here's another story:

one time in high school i was talking to this girl on AIM (returrrnnn of tha mackk) and i was getting bored so i decided to go to a local diner with a couple friends. i told the girl on aim that i was leaving to go to said diner, and she asked me to pick her up some french fries (the place is known for their fries or something) and i told her sure because i had the hots for her and i wanted to dip the tip.

so we get to the diner and i tell my friends about how this girl wanted me to get her some fries and they all told me i was a dumbass because she was dating someone. well, this kind of broke my little heart, but i decided to get her her fries anyways.

i get back into town and am about to drop off the french fries - but i had to get them ready for her. since she didn't tell me that she was taken, i thought it'd be a good idea to drop some street justice on her french fries. i had to take a leak so i went in my friends bushes and then made sure to drip dry in her fries and then sprinkle a lil pube somethin somethin on there and mix it all up.

well, i get back to her place and the moment of truth hits as i give her the fries .. she opened the container, and proceeded to fucking DEVOUR them. some of her friends even joined in on the festivities and before i knew it i had 5 girls thanking me for the fries. no, girls, thank you.

My first and only BJJ tourny I was destroying my opponent but none of my guard passes, sweeps or submission attempts were scored and when he tapped to an armbar, he denied it and the ref said he never saw it. He won on points, the ref was his instructor.......

I'm running two successful businesses, just picked up a couple of writing gigs, doing a bit of marketing consulting, my kids are awesome, my wife is amazing, her girlfriend is very "accomodating" of my whims, and I've got a great house and tons of friends.

And more than anything else all I want to do is get the fuck out of here for a while. Seriously. Every day that I wake up in my own bed I have to bite down on my fist to keep from screaming.

My marriage is in the shitter, and my wife is planning to leave the country for a little while by herself to "sort things out".

Which leaves me with three kids and a store to run while she gets fucked up on a beach somewhere to make herself feel better about treating me like shit for the last two weeks.
