hey what's a good way to take care of T- shirts to preserve size and color? i've usually done cold-wash inside out and tumble dry low, but the fit of some of my shirts have become a little funky.

i've heard that cold-wash inside out and air fluff for an hour will do the trick, is this the optimal method?
