you should get the 40. i have a few mm sneakers and have gone with the 41. i am inbetween a 41-42, but the leather of the mm german trainer's is extremely soft/flexible. also white shoes always make one's feet appear bigger. go with the 40.

we're talking about the german trainer dior looing one, right? trust me, i own a couple and never opted for a size up. you're talking about the re up of the origianl white on gumsole i believe. go with the 40.
