That was pretty cool...I saw something similar on that show "How It's Made" on the Discovery Channel..only instead of that catchy whistling tune there was insightful narration

and the suction tubes that turn the jeans from inside-out to right-way-out really makes me happy. i would happily work that machine for hours.

I doubt that it's much better tweedles, I highly doubt it. The only difference is that Japanese factory workers have to take classes twice a week on how to smile.

Actually when I was at the 45RPM store the guy said each pair of distressed jeans takes like half a day for each laundry expert to finish. I was shocked by this.

They love their jeans to death over there.

is that half and hour for all laundering/finishing? That's pretty good, although if you knew exactly what to do and in what order, I suppose it shouldn't take long at all.

Half a day...I believe that's like 4-6 hours. We should call someone to confirm.
