Milk in (black) tea depends on the type of tea. You can do milk in a Breakfast or Earl Grey blend...but milk in Ceylon? Too weird.

Dunno 'bout coffee though, never drink it because it kills my insides.

It's all about the amount. Also different sweeteners can be nice. I don't mean like nutrasweet and that fake shit, but like maple syrup, honey, agave nectar etc are awesome in coffee.

I usually will put like about a half teaspoon in my mug which holds about 2.5 "cups" as measured from my drip coffee maker. Just enough to blunt the coffee but not enough to make it noticeably sweet.
