Been a while since I've had a chance to post, but here are pics of my Samurai S500JX-LR after 8 months of part-time wear. I can't wear jeans at work anymore, so my wear has been limited to evenings and weekends, and these have also been in rotation with a pair of slimmer jeans for when I wear sleeker shoes. They've had 2 hot soaks, both within the first month of wear, and one hot hand wash at about 6 months.

Since everyone else is posting updates...

Haven't been putting in as much wear as I'd like on the Burgus - doing heavy labour and don't want to destroy them, and other job requires black pants. Still getting daily wear but less activity. Two months of dust and dirt have really toned down the contrast (see evo here). Think I'm holding out until 12 months before I give them another wash though.

Sorry for the late update. I just washed these the other day, that makes 2 washes aside from the initial one. Progress has slowed down on these since I got a new job where I can't wear jeans to work. They are now getting about 2.5 days of wear per week instead of the daily wear they got for the first six months.

Those pants stand out for me too like for Max Power. The still unwashed shiny raw denim colour is just awesome. And I hope you can keep them dry as long as possible

My jeans are 9.5 months old are this point. No washes or soaks - only my pure unadulterated sweat and tears.

#23 checkin in. Samurai S500JX-LR update. Ton more pics in here. Yes they do look very contrasted but It's how they looked out of the camera. I did some post editing though just to hopefully improve the color.

I spent some quality time with my son yesterday, which I don´t get often enough these days. We took a walk alongside a small airfield, so he could look at the planes. One of the pilots kindly offered me a short trip (only about 10 minutes), and I could´t refuse…
