nice car pic. I think what really makes it good is the environment the car is it; the bright and clean exterior of the car is a nice contrast to the dark, semi-cluttered warehouse.

Another urban exploring trip. So, my shots are a) extremely amateur and in nearly pitch black conditions. So they are all super flashed. The pictures I took were basically for archival and memory purposes, so they aren't artsy and all that thought out like the other photos here.

mike, what kind of camera and lens are you using to shoot your berlin pictures with? did you take multiple lenses?

I shot my roomate's sister's wedding last night. What a nightmare. It was the first wedding i'd ever even been to. It rained, and it was supposed to be outside. They were 2 hours late stuck in hartford traffic so they arrived at 6:15pm and the ceremony started at 6:30. the bride forgot the vows at home, and forgot to put her late grandparent's names in the program. Luckily they were chill about it, played some slayer and sipped some Jameson, and I got some good pictres. heres a few:

350D with a 28mm f/1.8 and a 16-35mm f/2.8, I recall using the 28mm for most of the ones posted though.

Here's some lowlight pics from a cousin's party. Everyone was in the garage so I took around 200 lowlight pics... only about 50 came out with useable focus... damn razor thin dof hahaha. Still have to work on the skiiiiilz.

I saw one at a local camera shop for about 500 Euros.

And to clutter up the thread with even more non-picture posts, I'm having a really really hard time to decide what my first dslr should be. I had an analogue slr a while ago so I know the basics when it comes to using them. I don't want a 400d (body is too small for my likes), but I can't decide between the d70, d200, and 30d. I don't care about kit lenses very much unless one of them comes with a really good one, because I'll probably be buying the body alone, and get some pimp ass aftermarket lenses anyways.

also, is it just me or does the guy in corter's pictures look like a bigger, bald version of haptronic? I think it's the eyes and the lips.

the 28mm was about £240 (HK ebay stylz), so about $480.
