Uniqlo S/S 10 (incl +J)

bought the +J mountain parka in navy. everything else was ok but too techy or too basic. swooped in at 6.30pm, in the midst of restocks. blah blah blah.

Bought that navy parka as well. Do you find the sleeves to be a bit wide? I bought a small and the sleeves seem too spacious. Perhaps the fact that they're raglan is throwing me off.

Might try to exchange for an xs tomorrow, hopefully they'll still have some.

im a broad-shouldered guy, so the raglan sleeve is awesome.

however, i initially had a sleeve length issue. the sleeves on the small are perfect on me, but the body is slimmer than i'd like. wouldn't be able to wear much underneath besides shirts or tees. the medium is the right middleground between super-slim and oversized, but the sleeves are too long... but then i realized that the twisted seam on the arm is there for a reason. snap the cuff tab tighter and the arm twists perfectly along the seam, slimming the entire arm down. it's a pretty genius design touch.

Does the parka seem like it'll hold up as an all-purpose rain coat? I just missed out on a waxed cotton Our Legacy parka that I thought I was getting a steal on, but was actually sold out.

yep they shrink link mad but i like it. it has been a hard time for me to find them in M tho

They do but not in any good colors. They've had the same teal, yellow, and purple sweatshirts for the last couple of weeks now in selected sizes. They also have some colorblock sweats that are pretty weak.

agreed. the colorblock is awful. I grabbed another navy one last time I was in, and I'm hoping for more of the salmon colored sweats, solid color.

damn ! the +J color denim skynny straight are the bomb !

Fabric is sturdy ( and with 1%EA) and the fit/colors are great. I also like the coin pocket inserted on the right back pocket
