I'm going to remove the gull on the back of the jacket, I think.

The red gull on the back looks subtle and small, IMO.

Personally with that jacket I would wear non-gull jeans, cos of fear of gull overload.

That was the main reason for me wanting to remove it, as I'll be wearing gulls for a while yet. The jacket look better with other jeans that I have, but got no plans to change my current pairs...

Incidentally, can anyone tell me when Evisu changed their name from Evis? Is the Evis still used on some tabs?

I'm trying to work out if the jacket's an older piece or not...

If it were a non-standard kanji you wanted, it'd be worth seeing you could order (via proxy) from the Japanese Evisu site...

The only place I have even seen pics of these is on hypebeast like a year ago, and I haven't seen them for sale on any website either. But these are sick and from the other pics i have seen super slubbly and uneven. It's always nice to have a pair of brown jeans in the wardrobe , just remember they will shrink though, so i guess that you would need to be a 30 waist....

I'd forgotten how small the coin pocket was on the sz 30, compared to the 32s at least. Got me wanting to dig my own 0005s out to wear for a day or two...I've got that belt too, forgot all about it until just now...

I'm definitely a fan of the pair with black gulls, although the gulls on both look too regular to be handpainted in my opinion, despite what it says on the blurb for the latter pair.

Yeah it seems weird that they would consider those gulls handpainted, but maybe they mean a person hand paints them with a stencil...which is believable. You know instead of using an automated machine, someone actually does the stencil work. I could see that.

Hello all. Been lurkin for a few months but just signed up. Love Evisu...anyway....

How is the denim on those brown boxes chambo or anyone else? Been looking to get a pair with that type of denim but it appears thin and soft. How is it compared to the D85 and D67? Is it really thin, a lil rigid, quality?
