Lek need help.....

The vpost i must be verified to use the vpost japan service? i am now on pending status.. is that ok?

Name for form, do i put the english name in my vpost profile (the name with digits) or do i put my chinese name?

Ya one more thing is all rakuten merchants sort of trustable?

Thanks!

noddy,

vpost should email you a verification so that your account can be activated, did you got that?

For the name on the form, it should be your vpost name (the one like "noddy boy 12345") icon_smile_big.gif

So "noddy" in the first column, & "boy 12345" in the second.

I normally hang around the list I posted earlier. A few of them, if you notice the link when you access them will change. Like Hinoya, the link change

from www.rakuten.co.jp/hinoya

to http://www.rakuten.ne.jp/gold/hinoya/hinoya.html

I take it as this is for more established shops. But that's my judgement, may not be accurate.

So, what you buying?

I went to check out Nudie & APC just now. I thought the APC pricings are fantastic! Very reasonable.

Nudie also reasonable, I guess. Design wise, a bit too under-stated for my liking. Nudie ah? what's so special huh? But it's just personal taste, I guess ..... icon_smile.gif

APC prices start from S$220 (110 Euro). The lady said if it's retailing in Paris for 110 Euro, here it's just the currency conversion. I thought it's reasonable enough.

No, I didn't go to post office to verify my account. Why not give them a call?

dior homme ah? wah .... good hor, you guys slim slim can fit into dior homme .... I cannot make it ...... sianzation .......

I think take APC better? just a hunch.... anyway i called Club 21 Mens.. and they only have the Raw Denim Jeans for Dior Homme 06.. cost is $539 SGD. There are washed jeans this season which they have none..... crap.... Maybe evanism u can consider dior too since u wan raw denim?

there's one from rakuten that looked quite different. I have a feeling the one you saw may be fake. Later I'll go to FEP to satisfy my curiosity ..... icon_smile.gif

Did you manage to check out the Evisu at FEP?

deh, IT'S A FAKE !

But a pretty good one, yeh ..... I suspect it comes from China.

1). The waist tag color is SO different from my 2 EVISUs (1 No.2 & 1 No.3).

2). Colour looks a bit too ordinary.

3). The 2 "hand-painted" designs are definitely a give-away. Paint-manship is too lousy.

4). The stitchings are very good, but having 2 authentic pieces myself, I find them a little wierd, especially the front-left.

5). Denim material a bit light weight.

6). The selvedge seams & coin pocket selvedge looks very different. This piece has a selvedge that looks like those from the Euro collection (half red hale white). BUT from what I know , Japanese models, especially this one,l do not come with such a seam! I'm no expert in selvedge, but I also find it looked funny (again).

A 'Japanese made' featuring a Euro version selvedge looks, yes, funny to me!

As EVISU now makes some of it's collection in China, I think they only have themselves to blame if more of such things surface to the market.

So I'd say, save the $205 & go buy a good pair of APC or Sugarcane. A No.3 also not bad!
