yesterday we visited one of the most incredible and beautiful places I have seen in my life.

It's a huge cave called 'monk seal cave'. We were not allowed to take pictures there.. But it was really cool. Crazy what nature can do

Yeah that area is stunning. You can only get to some of those beaches by boat too, which means they can be pretty quiet.

Shopping in S. Teodoro isn't interesting at all. With surprise I found a copy of Lightning magazine- denim book in a shop. Maybe I'm not alone...

We had a huge typical dinner last night!

Carasau bread and cannonau wine. The name says it all

the place was cool.. we were in a big hut

lard. You better not eat this stuff everyday but hey it's good!

It was a very tasty, fat and caloric dinner! I was happy to taste some of their traditional dishes so different from ours... I'll need some jogging on the beach today! Bye guys!
