I remember liking it straight from the get go personally, the whole atmosphere, dialogue and characters are amazing IMO.

in other hbo related shows, i was really dissappointed in Hungs series premier. waaaaaayyyyy to much fluff. i think we get it, the guy is down on his luck. needed alot more ma n whoreing, cause there wasnt ay in that ep.

hell yes!

it's my favorite show.

but to give my "non biased" opinion, the acting is pretty subpar at best. the plot of the whole show is decent and the episodes are usually fillers (their eps are 1hr long, so sometimes it can get boring). but if you can see passed the horribly portrayed southern accents, and bad acting, you get to see anna paquin's naked titties a few times a month.
