seems like everyone online plays dante though. I might switch him out for deadpool if i can some combos going; dante just racks up huge amounts of damage quickly

haha, when i played w/ royale shiet is too hard to rush down online

with that said royale takes good advantage, his team is pretty much run away/punish w/ fast specials (task pink dash thing, ammy okami shuffle, etc.). unfortunately there were no KOs, only time outs, when I was playing somewhat seriously.. when i got bored and started to rush in I would lose. online mvc3 isnt as fun as offline. at least with super it was slow enough to feel the same..

^ this, if they dont hit confirm before doing the tatsu just pushblock tatsu, call an assist and zone them out. if you guess wrong on the mixup and they combo into tatsu, you cant do anything about it really..

tatsu goes through hadoken though and i guess thats my only shot assist on my line up right now. I play too much of a rush down and dont have any good zoning gameplay. does a shoryuken cut through tatsu, the regular and not the assist one?

ah just bitter cause i was stompin his first couple of teams until he decided to put sent and akuma in every round after.

your best bet is to pushblock and reset spacing. i dont think getting a shoryuken out, even if it beats it, will lead to much. the risk is much higher than the reward. if you DO lose to the tatsu you will eat super or get launched or something.

are you using ryu? ryu isnt that good

yeah, i run him as my third to dump all my meter out in either shinku hadokens or shin shoryukens. Kinda like ryu though, i love the downward punch shit when people are crouching and blocking.

I use zero as point, but its risky against akuma if i get caught in tatsu and its hard to get above tatsu for quick down+H.

its probably just cause of the first few matches i played online i got smacked by akuma players spamming tatsu that i didn't want to play him. Ill try a few more things before switching over or i might try task master instead
