I've lost 2 inches in the stomach and 2.5 in the chest (fat). I've increased all sets by 10 reps to keep myself working. I figure I'm a month away from being at my goal.

Only question is what should I be eating if I am a vegetarian? I don't eat a bunch of junk and I don't eat very often, so I want to maximize the effects from what I do eat. Soy a good idea? I think I saw kunk say before that it gives dudes manboobs. Truth?

yes, again, soy is not great in abundance for anyone in the us — it's a filthy crop here.

and it has been shown to raise estrogen levels in men.

I eat cheese regularly. I'll get to eating more yogurt because it helps my stomach. Not much milk because it gives me a stomach ache sometimes.

well, there are exceptions i guess. there are seemingly more varied body types among women. for men, wide shoulders, smaller waist is the preferred norm but women come in more flavors IMO.

yo u sure? I'd have a 21" or something waist and it seems pretty small to me?

i'm like 34-25,5-33, my goal is to thinner my waist but it's kindda hard... thinking of a corset haha

thanks. they are 19cm made in japan. i sized up to 36 and had the waist taken in 2.25 inches. (they measured 36.5 laid flat)

It looks really good. Are they MIJ or MII? I can't really see the thighs because of the coat. Is it tight on the thighs and how did you size?
