Question: Levis 501xx Skinners vs 501s rigid STF.

I went to the Levis store today, and they have the 501xx skinners $110, and normal 501s STF cost about $40 somehting. The shape on the 501xx skinners looks better but I don't really see the denim difference between them. Why do the skinners cost so much more expensive.?

Is the 501xx skinners also called LVC?? on the back label is says Levis Premium San Franciso.

Is the skinners worth getting for $110?? or with $110 , I should go with somehting else?

I also did checked out barneys New york, they have the nudie dry denim but not selvadge, but the material are so much softer.

last season's premium had rigid skinners. nice stuff, too low rise though.

if youre talking about the ones with the japanese art turn ups, those werent 110.

I'm quite sure the Skinners have a lot better color. The STF's loses color like crazy when washed.

i went to the levi's store this weekend and tried on the rigid skinners but they really didn't fit that well. they were super low-rise and it was a kinda tight along the back seam.

does anyone have pictures of worn in rigid skinners?

mine arnt worn it yet but i think the fit is great, when i decide i was a grown-ass-man and womens jeans were played they were a good solution, im thinking of getting the "boot" tailored off though

but yeah you pay alot for a good fit, and the color is nice, much better than the STF
