I was hesitant to wear hi or mid tops with my narrows at first too, but with sk8 his or blazers, the shoe has a slim enough form to correspond well with narrow openings. Mis and hap pull it off quite well.

Now, adding in manufacturing time (in the automated bavarian factory a car can move from start to finish in about 4 hours. however well allow time for backlog and rework and ill give you 3 days) and shipping from the factoy to the boat, which ill set at a REALLY FUCKING LIBERAL week. so there you go, 3 weeks at most. You really think one fucking car takes a month and a half to move from start of production to your doorstep? Custom mercedes take around 3 weeks. The reason your shit took so fucking long is because when it was coming here "FROM GERMANY BY BOAT" it looked like this:

Which means it came, part by part, in itty bitty boxes to the greenville factory where it was reworked, inspected, probably left to sit for awhile, and finally assembled and trucked (3 days at most) to you, fresh from germany...digging my grave what?
