Won auction on items two days before the earthquake and tsunami. I still received my items quickly and with full communication. Can't recommend more.

****FOR ALL SINGAPORE CLIENTS****

All Singapore packages are delayed because the government of Singapore is checking all packages regardless of contents coming from Japan.

It is nothing to be worried just instead of the very quick service from Singapore it means there will be delays in some cases up to 4-7 days.

Just seen tweet - SharpService now has a London office!

So how does that work - are people now interested in proxying UK or European products to Japan?

As some of you will be aware, we do indeed have London offices.

Just to introduce myself, I am Tom and I will now be dealing with queries and logistics out of London, because even the amazing Nobu, Kyohei and Hide-san and rest of our team in Japan have to sleep sometimes!

We have had this in operation for a while but have now made it official finally as everything has been implemented to make things as smooth as possible.

It also means therefore we can assist you more-a-less 24 hours per day.

Though I lost, Hide & Co. were able to accommodate a couple of last-minute bid increases and had no problem communicating with me. Reliable as always.
